Do I have to pay VAT?

If you (or another named person) suffer from a chronic illness or disability your distributor can fill in a simple Customs and Excise form — Annex H — on your behalf.  This is a declaration to say that you (or the named person) suffer from a particular condition and that the Sun Ancon Aerobic Exercise Machine will help you to have a better quality of life by enabling you to exercise.

Orders have been processed in this way to help with conditions such as osteo-arthritis, asthma, emphysema, diabetes, lymph-oedema, varicose veins, Multiple Sclerosis, ME, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, scoliosis, chronic back pain, whiplash injuries, depression and obesity, to name but a few.  If you are not sure whether you are eligible for VAT exemption please ask your distributor.

You can claim VAT exemption from the online order form by simply clicking the Yes button and giving details of the condition(s) in the text box below.  The necessary paperwork to claim the exemption will be handled for you.
